These tools help you narrow a messy deal list (filters + period), export what you’re seeing, and use Deal Discussions to request corrections with context.

What you can do on this page

  • Search and filter deals by customer, stage, and commission status.
  • Change the period to focus your review on a month or quarter.
  • Reset filters back to defaults when a view gets confusing.
  • Collaborate via deal discussions to request updates or corrections.
  • Troubleshoot missing/empty dashboards when your personnel link is missing.
  • Search by deal name or customer.
  • Filter by commission status and deal stage.
  • Adjust the period to focus on a specific month or quarter.
Some filters may be disabled depending on your access level (for example, “Owner” is typically available only to managers).

Collaboration

  • Use deal discussions to ask questions or provide context.
  • Use Discussions to request updates or corrections.
This is a view-only experience. If anything needs to be updated, use the deal Discussion to request changes.

Reset filters

Use the Properties menu (sliders icon) to reset filters back to defaults.

Troubleshooting access

If your dashboard is empty or blocked, your personnel record may not be linked. Ask an admin to link your account to a personnel record.

How to verify your tools and filters are behaving

  • Change the period and confirm totals and the Deals list update for the selected period.
  • Apply a filter (for example deal stage or commission status) and confirm the Deals list narrows accordingly.
  • Use Properties to reset back to defaults and confirm your view returns to an unfiltered state.
  • Open a deal discussion and confirm you can add context or ask for a correction when something looks wrong.

Common issues

  • My totals do not match what I expected: confirm you are looking at the right period, then open a deal and use the Calculation view to see plan selection, gates, and effective values.
  • A deal is not showing up: clear search/filters and confirm the deal is assigned to you (and in the selected period). Split/child deals may appear under a parent.
  • Numbers changed since yesterday: overrides, plan changes, or a recalculation can move amounts; check the deal’s audit/history and the calculation snapshot.
