- See All:
/{orgId}/commission?view=allaggregates across team members and keeps the same dashboard tabs and filters. - Calc Status: use it to separate deals that are waiting, failed, calculated, or skipped.
- Frozen: frozen deals can’t be edited until unfrozen, so resolve “frozen” first if you need to apply corrections.

- If it doesn’t clear: refresh and re-check the deal; open the deal detail page and confirm what’s blocking it (status badge and Calculation → Gates) before retrying.
1) Start in See All
Open the team-wide dashboard at/{orgId}/commission?view=all to spot issues quickly:
- deals that are Waiting on an eligibility gate
- deals with Failed calculations
- deals that look out of place for the current period
2) Filter down to what you need
Use search and filters to narrow the Deals table (for example, by owner, region, or calculation status). Good starting points:- Calc Status = Waiting to find deals waiting on invoice/payment evidence or missing data.
- Calc Status = Failed to find deals that need investigation.
- Frozen to find deals that can’t be edited until unfrozen.
3) Switch to a specific rep
When you need to explain a result to a rep, switch from See All to a single person’s view using the personnel picker.4) Deep dive a deal
Click a deal name to open the deal detail page at/{orgId}/commission/deal/{cmsnDealId}.
How to verify you resolved an exception
- Re-run the same filter you used to find the issue (for example Calc Status = Waiting or Calc Status = Failed) and confirm the deal no longer matches.
- Open the deal detail page and confirm the status, inputs, and period context look correct.
- If you expect a change to appear immediately but don’t see it, refresh the page and re-check the deal.
Close checklist (manager)
- Clear Waiting first (missing gates/inputs), then Failed (data/logic issues), then Frozen (permission/state).
- Spot-check outliers using the Calculation tab on a few representative deals.
- Export a manager report for the period and reconcile totals before payroll close.
Common issues
- I cannot find a rep or deal: check filters (team/member/status/period) and confirm the person has an active plan assignment for the time range.
- Overrides are disabled: the period or plan may be locked/frozen, or you may lack permission; confirm your role and period state.
- Totals do not reconcile: spot-check a single deal’s Calculation view, then confirm which plan version is approved and which effective values are used.
